Lauren, the owner and stylist of our salon, has dedicated the past 17 years to honing her skills and mastering her craft. With a focus on continuous education, she has become an authority in the realm of hair extensions. Lauren is renowned for her expertise in providing transformative solutions and solving even the most challenging hair extension issues. Bringing a decade of salon experience to our team, meet Debenese.

With a strong passion for balayage and full head foils, Debenese is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of hair care and styling. Her expertise in these techniques allows her to create stunning, natural-looking highlights and beautifully blended colour transitions and she takes great pride in helping each client achieve their perfect look which makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Meet Daisy, our newest stylist at Lauren Victoria and Co. Having recently relocated to Northampton, Daisy brings with her years of valuable salon experience and a fresh perspective with her expertise in vivid colours, Daisy excels in creating dramatic, transformative changes that leave clients feeling bold and refreshed. Her passion for vibrant hues and her creative flair make her a standout addition to our team. We're thrilled to welcome Daisy and are excited for you to experience the innovative and dynamic energy she brings to our salon.


Angel, our apprentice at the salon, possesses an extraordinary natural talent and deep passion for hair styling. We're thrilled to see her journey unfold as she delves into every aspect of the treatment process, ensuring she comprehensively understands it to deliver nothing but the best for her clients.

These girls are self employed and run their own businesses within the salon, therefore are not part of any deals, offers or treatments offered by Lauren Victoria & Co. They arrange their own bookings, pricing structure and choose their own products, so all enquiries please contact them directly!
